Thanks for filling up the Rancho Estate/Marikina Heights areas with beautiful modern townhomes. Just like a breath of fresh air. I really admire modernist architecture. I'm a resident of Rancho and am rather aghast at the sprouting of look-alike uninspired duplex townhomes that is being sold by another group. Hope you build more...and hope I could buy a unit from you in the future.

And when its going to be move-in ready?
